Hi all.

I'm here to do a rare update.

Work was.....good today. Reached my workplace early and went Watson's but couldn't find what I wanted so hop to Guardian and Ely came to find me. Damn we were both half an hour early. Any day with Ely's a good day. I'm not gonna miss a lot people when I leave this place eventually but she's definitely gonna be one of them, and I'm really glad to have met the handful of them. (:

Some guys from St Patrick's and KC girls were loitering around our counter for like more than 15 to 20 minutes. The girls were just chit chatting damn loudly, laughing their asses off whereas this St Pats prefect was in his own world (leaning against our counter facing us), playing with his Rubik's Cube. I thought, since we can't chase them away, might as well talk to them haha. He's shit good ok, super fast with the Rubik Cube. What I got to know from him...he's been playing it for the past 1 year and he can even solve it with one hand. One hand !? I can't even do it with both hands ok.

I then proceed to mess up his Rubik Cube for him and then it's for him to solve it !

For those who are still wondering what's a Rubik cube....

Yep.

I've tried this before, it's shit tough.

People can even do it with their eyes close ok.

This St Pats guy did it in less than 5 minutes.

It was nice knowing him though his bunch of friends didn't get anything from us. (:

Hello all !

I'm back for updates.

Guess what I found in my mailbox today ?

My 3rd batch of order and many more to come.

Yes I ordered it on April 12th and it took less than 2 weeks to come. What great level of efficiency, I seriously salute EDM, you guys are the bomb.

I ordered another sample kit (FOC).

I ordered my shade Light Medium in semi matte and matte just to try out the different formula and see whether it offers the same coverage and to compare which reduces the most shine on my face.

Ordered a "ala-carte" Light (finishing powder).

Here's how it matches up to the sample size kit.

The new full size kit has a built in sifter as well, unlike the sample ones where applying mineral makeup can get damn messy.

It's 1.22am.

Bad things happened. My mp3 of 3 years died on me. I've been without music on the way to work for the past one week. Pretty much like really sad ok !

Sucks that my off day zoom past so quickly as well. Went Tampines 1 with dz and the place was flooded with people. There's nothing much that's new inside the mall anyway. You pretty much get the same stuff everywhere you go. Well compared to Iluma @ Bugis, the latter really pales in comparison. Tampines 1 is f over-crowded whereas Iluma's deprived of traffic.

I really hate my working schedule on the coming week.

Not looking forward to going that place at all.

Sigh...

And I kinda hate the new girl for acting all friendly with me. Geez... I don't even know you, please.

Played before Oregon 1st clarinet part and I know there are some solid runs/running notes there but the band made it sound like nothing. (:

The band is f strong lor. Woodwinds r f strong, n the drummer is superb haha. Every section is damn strong, esp the clarinets. (:

Dz's 20th birthday, got for him a Ipod Classic, treated him to Manhattan Fish Market @ Plaza Sing and bought for him a cake. Night before had supper with his friends, played mahjong at his house till late and ate cake. Just a very simple few days spent with him.

I hope he likes the Ipod Classic.

Day after his birthday I got bored at his house while he was away in school and so started snapping pictures before going out. Oh yes, I've not been using false eyelashes or eyeshadows already, lazy. Normally just put on my mineral foundation, mascara, blusher, lipgloss, make sure my brows are neat and tidy and I'm good to go.

I've found my foundation shade from Everyday Minerals !!

My Everyday Minerals Long Handled Kabuki Brush which I absolutely adoreeeeeeeeeeee.

Ultra soft and dense !!!

I've read about people who have got problems with this brush shedding but seriously, it has not shed on me even once. It is so easy to use and with this brush you get to apply your mineral foundation flawlessly ! Buff it all in and set to go !

It is small too, and very cute. Hahah, only 10USD.

My Everyday Minerals foundation.

The CORRECT shade for me, more or less.

I know it is the right shade for me when I take a picture using flash and I don't get a scare seeing the difference in my face and neck color. That's how I decide whether a foundation color suits me as I pretty much suck as guessing or picking the right one.

For your info, I am using Light Medium in Intensive.

I think it is under the golden family. (:

I have uneven skin tone, some parts of my skin are pink & red but this mineral foundation really covers up most of my flaws. I am also using their blusher and their lipgloss.

Don't really like their lipglosses though... They're quite sheer/translucent,unpigmented. Not really my kinda thingy but I use them as natural lipbalms. Anyone who wanna recommend me good lipsticks, lipglosses that does NOT use lead as an ingredient ?

Hi all.

It's 3am right now and thought I would do some updates before I hit my bed.

Monday - 02 February 2009.

My 9th month with dz. Ok, not a big deal or what, but as each month passes, I realize we're gonna hit 1 year soon ! Hehe. Shut up to those who have like already 4, 5, 6 anniversaries ok ! 9 months already broke my record for longest relationship.

Anyway, yep work ! Work was allright, everything was ok except for some stupid and unnecessary mistakes. Lol.

Went to do some takeaway food before I left for Tampines and reached Gan Ma's house around 8.45pm. Everyone were there already. Patrick, Anita, Ahdeng, YongSheng, Seong and another guy from Astons. Now now...it is supposed to be a Cartel gathering but why why why 3/4 of us also belongs to Astons. Shows you how much of a retreat Astons is for Cartel staff. Grrrrr.

They were all gambling anyway !

Watched Reunion dinner on Channel 8. Damn funny ok haha. One of the very few Chinese drama which I enjoy watching.

Had my dinner there and talk cock. I seriously miss everyone !!!

I ordered my 2nd batch on 20th January and it reached me in like...less than 2 weeks or somewhere there.

FYI, my hair is in this state now becuz of the dumb hair extensions.

My advice to everyone is - Do NOT ever attempt to put on hair extensions ! It damages your real hair. There's tangles everywhere and becuz it is kinda difficult to manage (can't comb and all) it makes your hair dry !

I need to get it off, but I gotta go back to City Plaza to do it. Damned.

Thought of getting eyelash extensions, but I don't want my pathetic real lashes to drop off as well from the reviews I've read.

Rebonded hair gave me the best texture of hair I ever could have in my entire 20 years of life. It made my hair f easy to manage, tangle-free, smooth and silky (of cuz you gotta condition your hair daily !) it looks great ! I miss my rebonded hair so much !

My only satisfaction comes from the smiles on my customers' face when they're satisfied with their purchase, when they're pleased with my service.

Other than that, do I really enjoy what I'm doing.

It's 1.39am now and it's New Year Eve.

I'm updating from Malaysia !!!

Just wishing everyone out there, my friends, a very happy Chinese new year, it's the year of the Ox and have a prosperous year ahead !

Jammed pretty badly at the custom, but compared to the old custom, the traffic flow's pretty fluent, don't feel as irritated as previous years though as usual there were a sea of cars. Made it into Malaysia around 6.15pm and went to my ahyee's house at DangaBay, had dinner, watched tv till 8.45pm and drove to fetch my cousin Jia Min from Holiday Plaza.

Set off for home sweet home !

No jam along the highway.

But it's been a long time since we set off back to Labis in the night and the road was damn dark, the only lights came from cars of the opposite direction, from the cars around us and some meek light from the barrier or some sort.

I'm pretty sure the New Year eve jam along the North South highway will be pretty bad, luckily I'm back on the 24th.

Reached here around 11.10pm which is considered pretty ok, around two hours car ride from JB.

It was too dark to take any pictures, yep.

Played poker cards & Uno with my two little cousins aged around 12 and 9 or smtg, can't remember.

Gosh, they gamble like ringgit 1 dollar. When me and my cousins were younger, we played dai dee, Black Jack etc and only have bets worth ringgit 10 cents, 20 cents etc. Kids these days can afford to bet 1 dollar for one round which is quite a big sum for KIDS ! HA.

Nothing much here, went for a car ride around the area. I miss everything so much...

I've ordered another batch of Everyday Minerals sample kit as I feel the last batch of foundations which I've chosen doesn't match my skin tone, and since I only have to pay for shipping, why not !

I've also ordered from MyClassyCloset- Everyday Mineral's New Flat Top Brush (which I've done a research on and concluded that it is better in quality than their Long Handled Kabuki brush). It cost only 10USD.

What else did I ordered...hmmm their lip balm and something else which I've forgotten ! Damned. Ha. Oh yes... Finishing powder !! (:

Basically I've been slacking around after yesterday's hectic schedule where I had to meet up with three different friends for collection of pineapple tarts, my friend's makeup palette.

Yep yep I sell pineapple tarts for 15SGD for 30 tarts (if I ain't wrong), they're home made from Malaysia (my ahyee) and they're freshly made upon ordering for CNY. But orders are already closed, so wait till next year ! Hahah.

My left eye's swollen for no reasons and I really gotta end here, I'm sorry for the lack of updates, thats explains why my hits have dropped so drastically. You guys don't read my blog anymore !

Tmrw's gonna be another busy day as I gotta rush to a couple of places. To Plaza to find Gan Ma as I won't be able to visit her during CNY as usual. I need to get some last minute CNY grocery stuff done, and to collect my new year goodie from my workplace.

Boring day !!

Myself and dz went to meet Deng & his brother at Bugis, took the express bus to Malaysia.

It's my first entry to Malaysia after they started using their new custom. A much longer route to the Malaysia customs, no one can walk there anymore ! It is simply too far and I don't see any pathways for pedestrians to walk, seems like the bus/travel industry only stand to gain with introduction of the new customs/longer route. Quite irritating actually, with all the curves and turns.

But I prefer the new site so much better. Air-conditioned !!! That's extremely important ! What's with the walking distance though, even when you're inside the building, you still have to walk walk walk to check in which is darn irritating. I hate walking ! Well other than the walking part, kudos to Malaysia for the air-conditions ! Hahahah.

Filled our empty stomachs at one of the Muslim restaurants at City Square, sent Deng's brother off to cab to Senai Airport, went to shop around.

Deng and his younger brother (who works at Taiwan). Any resemblance ? Maybe their broad face, his brother speaks with the Taiwanese accent, does not carry a tinge of Malaysian accent in any way. Have I mentioned he is very very charismatic !?

Darling spent more than RM300 at the Levis store, signed up for their membership card. Bought a Kappa Italy top for himself etc. He's like the big spender of the day. For myself, I didn't spend much except for the RM40 cab fares in total to Sutera Mall and back to City Square, to collect the 8 tub of pineapple tarts from my uncle's shop. Bought Kueh Lapis (RM52) from Seasons for my mum, in total I spent only like RM92.

Such a tiring day I swear.

Dz went to the Zoo for his project, I carried on sleeping till 1.30pm.

Had work in the afternoon till closing.

He came to fetch me after my work and went to have my dinner, I hardly ate anything for the whole day. Gastric kept acting up on me during work but had to just bear with it. Sigh...

Reached home around 11.45pm and I have to tell you it has been such a boring day.

Now you know how boring my life is.

I wanted to blog about EDM's awhile ago but just didn't find the motivation to do so. Go google Everyday Minerals and soon you will see the wonders of mineral makeup. (:

I don't have the time to take pictures of my own set of mineral makeup from EDM, but I only have their sample kits which consists of my own choices of three foundations, one concealer and one blusher. This sample kit which I ordered is FOC, I only had to pay for the shippings which I think didn't cost me more than 6SGD and they're lasting me for quite long also.

I didn't use to like know about mineral makeup and used pressed powder foundations but becuz I kinda have a oily complexion, using pressed powder foundation was too much for me. The coverage was tooooo much, it made my face look really cakey, felt as if I'm wearing a mask, and made my skin even oilier. Those were my observations when I used my pressed/stick powder from Ros n Roy, cost me about 44SGD.

Tried out Red Earth's mineral foundation and quite liked it but after using for sometime, decided that the coverage wasn't enough for me.

Tried out RevLon's mineral foundation, don't ever use RevLon's foundation (my opinion). Ain't that good for skin.

Read up a lot on Mineral makeup, got to know of Everyday Minerals, Bare Minerals etc etc.

Went to EDM's website, was won over by their mineral foundations reviews. Got the sample kit and been using it since then. But I don't think I got my correct skin tone though.... ):

Their type of foundation comes in Matte (if you have really oily skin and don't want the extra shine on your face), Semi-matte (my preferred type as I'm afraid of the matte one making my skin look dull), Intensive (extra coverage) and Original Glo.

My pearl beige concealer acts as a eyeshadow too. Don't really like it as a concealer cuz it is tooo shiny and has that pearl color, kinda different to blend out, you get what I mean ? I'm gonna get the multi-tasking concealer from their range. It covers your blemishes, lighten eyeshadow area, acts as a eyeshadow base (all stated on their website).

Mineral foundation can kinda get messy, so I would actually pour out some of the powder out on a clean piece of tissue that's spread out and use a kabuki or a foundation brush (your preferred choice) to apply. This way it doesn't mess up your dressing table. Or alternatively, you could use a mixing jar/bowl, whichever way you prefer.

Read many reviews of the Long Handled Kabuki Brush. Also a item on top of my list which I am gonna get. (:

I seldom listen to mandarin songs these days but here's a song which made me tear the first time I heard it. 郭美美的《左手边》。I heard it when I followed the guys for prawning session and was emo-ing when this song played loudly over the speakers. Something about the singer's voice...I don't know but it raked up some past memories in me, tears just went down so naturally. Got the title of the song from Keat.

I don't find the song fantastic, nor do I like Jacie Guo, but somehow it managed to make me cry the very first time I came across it !

Cartel Rc: The closure.

Hi all.

I'm sorry for being away from this blog for sometime, well not exactly a long period f time. I guess you guys are too used to me blogging everyday, uh ?

It's already the year 2009. Fast forward... Chinese New Year's approaching real quickly and I'm going back Malaysia again. Maybe I'll have some hometown/kampong pictures when I'm back.

I feel like I'm jobless again. In the sense, having a job, feels like I ain't having any job at all. Don't wish to further elaborate anyway but this feeling sucks.

School's started for him and it's time for me to start a proper job and quit the fooling around. I've spent almost every single day with him and it's not enough, I guess I can never have enough of him and I really should start saving up now, for us !

I'll just do a list of things that happened over the past few weeks, if I can remember.

- Painting of my room with him. This was definitely a fun activity. My room, house was in a hugeee mess cuz we had to shift a lot of stuff out of my house. He had fun throwing away my old bags and all. Hahaha, thanks dz for your "services" for those two days of painting. I love my room's color now !

- RC Cartel gatherings.

2. Movie ( Bedtime Stories) @ J8 with Ah Deng, Jackie, Lee Ying, Rex, Qi Xian, Hoe Wei, myself & dz.
Opened J8 Cartel's kitchen door to say hi (Jackie's fault). I saw Rosdy and Jacelyn !!! She actually still remembered me, I think it was in 2006 when I worked with her for like one week or smtg, two years ago eh. Hahaha
3. Lunch @ RC Cartel to find Gan Ma. Oc-ed for me and dz. I had my usual #236, dz had his #381. (:
4. Movie @ MSQ (Yes Man) with dz.
5. RC Cartel's last day. Had a RC outing/last gathering after dz finished work at Cartel for the last time. Went MSQ with Ah Deng, Liyu, Lee Ying, Jackie, Alex, Kelvin, and a whole bunch of RC staff which I am lazy to list down cuz it was really quite a lot. Headed out to find Jin at my ex-workplace CartelMSQ !!! MUahahaha, saw Boi & Zin and of cuz JIN LAU. He looks the same, the paikia Senior Manager of Cartel. Last stop of the day was to Leisure Park with everyone for Kbox session. Myself, dz, Hoe Wei & Casselyn went to have dinner there and arcade session, haha. Dz dancing Para Para is super hilarious. Ask me to send you videos of them man. HA !

- Countless mahjong sessions with his friends (at times playing till the next morning like 10am ?), while I play Pets Society, Word Challenge on Facebook.

- Countless prata sessions with the same group of people, like say every single day !

- Prawning session @ Bishan with his friends for Hoe Jie's second last night as a freeman.

- Hoe Jie started his Nation Service on 09-01-09.

I'm so sorry I have not been too free to blog. Busy playing Pets Society, Word Challenge on Facebook, busy watching movies Bedtime Stories (sucked), Yes Man (so-so). I have finally stopped doing online shopping ! Hhaha...

Oh yeah, I don't know whether it is appropriate for me to blog this over here, but I think some people might wanna know. On a sad note...actually, a very very very sad note, go down Raffles City Cafe' Cartel today or tomorrow before 4pm if you want to have a last glimpse of it, have your last meal over there.It will cease with all operations, tmrw will be the last day.

Christmas is twelve days after all. (:

I've got a not so "merry" Christmas this year round as there were no celebrations, and I only have four presents for this year.

But I'm happy with what I have (I think ? Girls are never satisfied) and I love what I have.

I have a new phone Sony Ericsson W760i !!

Two phones which dz lent me, and two phones of my own. My new W760i is the one on the far right.

Range of colors not-so-available.

Actually I love the red version, kinda love at first sight, but I think red is already sold out across Singapore. Kinda sucks that everyone is into RED too. The last time I wanted to get a Sony Vaio RED, it was out of stock island-wide too. I have a reason for liking RED ok ! I am a die-hard Gooner. (: Try and beat that.

MY Silver baby.

Phone is perfectly good. My first slider phone as I'm always a fan of clam-shell phones, not so much of a candy bar person. One thing about using slider phones is that, I tend to get lazy sliding the phone in and out when I'm messaging consecutively, so I'll just like leave the phone with the keypads out (if you get what I mean).

The phone is a music edition one but I already have my long time mp3 so I'm not gonna use much of the phone's music/mp3 functions.

I'm not a mobile phone reviewer but so far I'm loving this phone.

It's a 3.2 megapixel phone by the way, quality of pictures is ok, I have a 7.2 megapixel Sony camera so not a big fan of using camera phones built in camera. I've uploaded pictures taken using the W760i camera anyway, it's further down the entry. (:

Thinking of going to do the "mobile phone beauty skin" thingy for my phone as suggested by dz becuz I ain't that big a fan of Silver.

What do you call that anyway in Singapore ??? Anyone who has done it before ? Any reviews ?

My first Build A Bear workshop bear from dz !!!

I didn't expect him to get this for me but I love it, tooooooooo much I'm gonna hug the bear to sleep everyday. It comes in a awesome looking hugeeee box, a birth certificate of the bear & the bear itself which is around 43centimetres or smtg.

The bear's name is "Valentine" (given by dz in the birth certificate of the bear, birth date is 25-12-2008), named after Final Fantasy's Vincent Valentine.

At first I thought dz was sweet enough to name the bear 'Valentine' as in the one in 'Valentine's Day' but nooooo, he told me it's 'Vincent Valentine'. Then my reaction was, 'Very familiar. The one from Final Fantasy ?'

One of the old old songs I used to listen and makes me think of my life.

Was introduced to this song by my old friend from Catholic High School Symphony Band ! None other than their then drum major Zeyi. He played songs by Switchfoot at one of the NCO chalets at Aloha Changi and the first song I got to know from Switchfoot was Stars. Thinking about it...More than 3 years has gone by.

I miss those days...

Makes me think back on my life and my current predicament. You know how they say, some songs are able to move you and all. This is one of the songs that's able to draw tears out of a stone (at least to me).

I never fail to think about how lonely I'll always feel on festivals, occasions, days like this. How could it be that today also happened to be a wet wet Christmas eve ? I'm supposed to be working on days leading to Christmas but they all got canceled cuz of certain reasons and so now I'm left alone to think of all the unhappy matters as dz's working away. Our original plan was to work during Christmas and celebrate later on as I think it's compulsory for him to work on these PH days but gosh...now I'm not working and my plans to concentrate on work and not care about what festivals are all ruined !

Friendster virus !

Hi guys.

In recent weeks, have you received a sudden surge of testimonials/comments at your Friendster account ? Well my experience was that... I'm usually notified by Friendster via my email account and so each time someone adds me, adds comments/testimonials or send me a message, I would be notified. These couple of weeks I had so MANY notifications and each time from random friends whom I have not kept in touch with. So it was definitely strange seeing them add comments for me.

But when I get to my site. I would get these.

Actually these comments have been circulating around for some time, I didn't used to receive them but seen them around. Didn't really take notice of them until now where seems to me EVERYONE has got the infection ! I have been receiving so much of such as well. Have I been infected as well ? If anyone kinda like receive any comments/testimonials from me, please do inform me ok !

What we can see from here is that they are obviously trying to disguise themselves as a Youtube video and hoax people to click on it. That's sick ok, putting up a picture of a hot girl who looks like she's gonna strip, edit the picture to make it look like a Youtube video, then get thousands and even millions of people to click on it, start spreading some malicious virus, it's like a chain virus ! (Well I am not sure about whether those links they lead you to contain any virus, but take no chance allright...)

Other form of the virus includes the one below.

Looks so unsuspecting right !

The people who started such things really got no life.

I noticed something was terribly wrong with these comments when i realized dz's profile had a whole shit of those as he had the auto-approve comments/testimonials setting. These people who have the following settings are most vulnerable to the spread of the Friendster virus.

I would suggest you change your setting to NEVER approve comments automatically.

Change your setting to:
1. Who can view my full profile: MY FRIENDS.
2. Who can send me messages: MY FRIENDS.
3. Who can leave a comment: FRIENDS ONLY.
4. Approve comments automatically: NEVER.

At the very least, even if there's no way to prevent you from receiving such comments, you minimize the chances of getting it. Do take note that millions of people are on Friendster !

Besides from comments, I have also got these shits from my messages/inbox.

QINHUI, PEIQIN, MEIYI, MICHELLE WONG, you are badly infected !!!

The subject goes like: WOW / LOL / L.O.L.

You probably got a message from one of your friend saying you'd been filmed and there's a web link that you tried opening but can't get through. Well, by doing that you're not only posting an automatic message to some of your friends but risking your computer for potential virus too....

So be aware of this messages and try to ignore or delete them. They say that the people who's doing this are from the Canafa and their mimicking Youtube's URL web page.

Right now their posting automatic comments with the video of a sexy girl and if you tried opening it you'll post the exact same comment to some of your random friends...

In addition, if you receive a comment and/or message that has a video with a link that takes you to what looks like a friendster log-in page delete the comment and do not use the log-in link.

Someone has phished the account it came from and is trying to phish yours.

Using the log-in link will give them your log-in info and access to your account to do whatever they want.

To help prevent this. I'm asking everyone to repost this bullettin or send this message to all of your friends. With this we can have a much more better friendster experience.

Yep.... Ignore & delete those messages and whatever shit !

To date, I don't think Friendster has an answer for all these. This is coming right after the incident where something happened to Friendster and our number of friends appear to disappear.

Everyone's jumping over to other social networking site like Facebook etc. I do have a joint Facebook account with dz but I am just not quite familiar with the site and it seems really fanciful with all the games and whatever stuff, just not my thang. Been using Friendster since 2003, I have sentiments for it ! I don't care even if it doesn't carry a virus with those links but don't you feel irritated receiving those messages ? Well I am !

Hopefully they'll fixed Friendster back up and get on with it.

Christmas Bazaar.

Damn tiring day !

Stayed at dz's house the night before and accompanied him for supper with his friends. Stayed till around 1am plus and back to his place. He kept saying I've changed, I don't care or show any concern for him anymore, I don't him anymore. Sigh !

I guess I've changed in some ways.

I'm sorry if I've been saying things to hurt you, if only you knew I don't really mean them.

I'll be back to my usual self soon, I hope.

Maybe it's just a testing phase I'm going through with my own feelings.

I accompanied him to work and then left for Suntec City to Royce chocolates. Bought their best seller Au Lait, White Chocolate and a few bar of chocolates for my brother (in total around 45SGD spent). Happy Birthday BRO (20th December). I am kinda broke this year, could only think of chocolates to get for you.

The Au Lait one & my bro love it haha.

Reached home, received another parcel from sberriedRRAIN. I think I'm gonna love the dress. Used the computer for awhile, slacked around, ate Canadian Pizza, ate some chocolate cake (bro's birthday cake), 6pm - lied on the bed and fell asleep till 7.40pm hugging my killer whale soft toy. Told my mum to wake me up at 7pm but she didn't ! Quickly got ready and all and left the house to Downtown East for the X'mas bazaar.

Sounds damn exciting right ?

I didn't take much pictures eh, don't have a full picture of the bazaar but it's located right inside DTE (Downtown East), kinda like those pushcart kinda stalls and of cuz most importantly air-conditioned ! (: Kinda easy to locate MyClassyCloset/Shiyun as her directions stated on her blog's clear enough, near KFC. Hahaha.

Feast your eyes on the lovely palettes !

Definitely an eye opener for me. I have never seen so many palettes right in front of me before. Heart was fluttering haha but I didn't want to mess around with it, people are running a business there lor !

The range of palettes being sold there includes the standard 88 Original & Shimmery palette, The 88 Original was my first palette and i think the most basic one that everyone should have. The deal's like this, i own the 88 palette and i love it cuz the color's really gorgeous ! It is one of the prettiest thing I've ever set eyes on but technically speaking, I have only used a particular range of colors that can be found there - the neutral/dark colored ones.

I'm one of those who love collecting pretty thangs like this, so if you're like me, you gotta own it. (:

Besides those two, they have the 28 Neutral palette, two versions of makeup kit (i think that's the name ?), 78 Color palette, 24 Shimmer Eyeshadow (I didn't get a picture of it ! Damned !), 28 Blusher Palette, 66 Lip Palette. And other miscellaneous products like handmade earrings etc.

I think that's kinda like 70% of the entire range of Coastal Scents palettes available, and almost 85% of what's available in Singapore's blogshops.

It's a wide range of choices.

This is damn great for those who love the shimmer in eyeshadows, it is completely shimmery !

The few belows are the 88 Original Palette and they are personal pictures of my own palette as I didn't manage to take this one during the bazaar.

See the range of colors here, from the lightest pink to the darkest pink and purple of different tone. You get like matt & shimmery colors and they are all highly pigmented.

It is just about the size of a 5 cent.

I know that may seem small but I have yet to see anyone hit pan on these palettes yet, besides I think they are dirt cheap & there's 88 of them. (:

I am so sorry for spamming the pictures of the palettes ! I just cannot stop taking pictures of them, they look gorgeous with or without flash ha !

Rather powdery so my palette gets pretty messed up with different pigments of the eyeshadows, or maybe cuz I'm just quite messy. But you can easily wipe them away with a tissue or something.

Another thing is that my lid broke off.

Seems to me - rough handling.

Or maybe it's just a tad too fragile...but still, i love it.

Makeup Kit (bazaar sample set).

This one is really special, I think it's kinda new and it looks really huge. My first time seeing this in reality . Colors are really really seriously vibrant and there's two versions of it. The kit consists of eyeshadows (I count 49 ??), foundations (3), blushers (12) etc.

You can like close the casing, fold it up and carry it around. Refer to MyClassyCloset for specified details. I swear I'm a big fan of theirs haha.

This is my baby. I'm crazy over this thang, left it lying at my bf's house and brought it home yesterday. This looks damn professional and I'm a big big fan of neutral colors so it suits me so much. Besides the eyeshadows are hugeeee ! I will show you what i mean by huge ok.

Girls who love pink gotta get this. I tested some of the brushes, the contouring brushes etc (bigger ones) are really soft, really really really soft bristles.

These are selling at 45SGD (instock) for a set, consisting of 18 different brushes.

I know it sounds rather pricey on first thought but you kinda have to break it down on this.

45SGD divide by 18 brushes = 2.50SGD/brush.

These can last you for a life time ! Hahaha...

I'm home from Downtown East. Went to collect my items from MyClassyCloset as well as to support her Christmas bazaar. She is selling a range of Coastal Scents eye palettes there, brush sets, boxes of acrylic nails (really pretty ones lor !), bags and what's great is that they are all instocks. Read your tag and here's my two cents. Bear in mind that afterall i am rather new to Himalaya as well !

Well here's my case. I have really oily skin and thus i do suffer from breakouts and all. I used a soap free cleanser from my doctor but didn't apply any moisturizer as i thought having a oily skin alrdy i didn't need any moisturizer, then recently my skin became a combination one, had dry and oily skin. Skin was peeling, over-drying, scaly but didn't really have acne. As you know i tried out Himalayas cuz i heard it was good. I bought the Neem face wash as the SA told me it was for all skin type (combination skin included). It has ingredients like neem & tumeric which controls acne and pimples. I also had the Face Moisturizing Lotion, but that from what i know is for normal, oily and combination skin, right ?

I really do like the facial wash, and also the moisturizer, serious.

The first time i applied on the moisturizer, i wasn't that used to it. I am not a big moisturizer fan but now i see it a need to apply it after every wash. It does make your skin really smooth and supple, though initially you may feel it is slightly "sticky"/"greasy" but it isn't. I think you should try out their face wash as well, neem for example. Right now, i no longer have peeling skin, my skin no longer feels tight after every wash, i just can't describe how soft it feels each time.

But for your case, you have really dry skin right ? I do know they have a moisturizer called the Intensive Face Moisturizing Lotion that is specially for extremely dry skin, maybe you can check that out.

Or go to your drugstore and ask the SA for advice with Himalaya products. I am sure you will see results.

In my opinion, Himalayas seems really good.

The day after doing a thorough cleanup of dz's place, we woke up to have our lunch and got ready to go to pick my mum up as she's finally back from Malaysia. Stayed inside dz's room for awhile and there was this sense of achievement. No doubt it's no great deal, we still have some drawers etc not cleaned/thrown away, but compared to the previous state it was in, i feel happy luh. (:

Shall not blog about my Mum.

Reached home with my Mum, bro & dz. Opened the mail and saw a lot of letters and two mails for me. I think the most exciting part about online shopping is opening your mailbox and you see mails addressed to you, and they aren't the normal flat ones but the bulging up ones.

I received my mail from HollyHoque and Tancyness.

Well actually i haven't been purchasing anything from Yan lately but sent her back my necklace for repair as it got broken (there's a very pretty mirror attached to it) when she sent it to me the first time. Now she's got a new but smaller mirror for me and it's all pretty looking again !

Chocolates from Malaysia. I hate the liqueur inside it. The chocolate's extremely nice by itself but once i taste the liqueur, gosh, total turn off !

Been spending quite a lot again. Yesterday i bought another two dresses online. ))):
Can someone guide me on how to curb your online shopping spendings ? I spend my salary away each month, which is really not good at all. Dz's right, there's never enough things to buy and i'll always wanna buy things ! But online shopping is an addiction. It's so f convenient, i don't even need to step out of my house to purchase items. Not to mention the items are so much prettier and cheaper than the ones you find in stores.

I am wondering whether people will start opening shops in FEP etc to sell the Coastal Scents makeup palettes ? I won't be surprised definitely. But they're prolly gonna have to up the price since rental fees in town district are especially expensive.

After today, I'm gonna have to work seven days straight before my next off day !

Sigh, somehow don't feel like going for work but no choice. Need to earn back what i've spent. Gonna have to work on X'Mas eve and X'Mas also. Great.

Cleaning & wiping !!!

Busy busy busy.

Since last week i had been staying at dz' place as my mum went back to Malaysia. He applied for a couple of PH and off days to refurnish and clean his room and the previous day he fetched me from work and we went down to Ikea at Alexandra Rd to buy some items for his room.

My fried noodles with a piece of deep fried chicken, fish fillet and otah, plus vegetables for i think less than 6SGD.

I gave the chicken to dz.

His very yummy Swedish meatballs, comes served with their deliciously creamy sauce and strawberry pie filling by the side.

Next time i visit Ikea i'm going to have a whole plate of their meatballs for myself.

We walked around the place, having visited Ikea a couple of times with him before, i told him this time we had to get our quilt cover etc. Got a new side table for his room, he had the same one in red but it was already 99% cannot make it. He wanted white but i told him white isn't nice and it gets dirtied easily, must choose the one like light brown or smtg.

The hardest part of choosing our items was the quilt cover part. I always wanted to have quilt cover for his bed and he does not have any bedsheet for his mattress at all ! How can anyone not have any cover for their mattresses ? Lol, we like a particular design but they only had the queen size kind, so got our second option for 49SGD. But quilt covers ain't enough alone, we still had to get the padding inside for another 45SGD, it was the cheapest already ! I told him that i'll sponsor him that since it's better sharing the cost than one person paying alone for everything. And also, becuz i was the one who kept requesting for quilt covers !

Also new pillow. His old ones are all damn dirty and old already.

We were also debating over which pillows to get, haha, we're always disagreeing over things, especially on the design of the quilt cover. The colors that he likes, i would say that they're dirty color - not nice etc etc. But i guess that's the fun of us......we disagree about almost everything !

DZ bought two packs of mirrors as well, for me.

He said i could stick it any way i like in his room.

Got a few other items including a folding chair for his room, everything mounted up to 180SGD, around there.

Took a cab back to his place cuz we were carrying too many things. I paid for cab fare as he say i didn't have to pay him for the quilt padding. Muacks !

Promised him that i'll help him with his cleaning up and i didn't break my promise.

He wanted to go watch movie with Hoe Wei & gang but i didn't want to as the cleaning up of his room kinda like got delayed for so long, if wanna do something then don't keep delaying in. Tomorrow never comes and i hate pple who keep procrastinating about things.

I think he was glad he didn't go watch the movie in the end though unhappy stuff happened as we really got a lot of things done from 9pm plus to 3am.

No pictures of his room as everything was in such a great mess and i was feeling quite sick from the cold/flu i got. Dz's a Karang Guni man lor, he keeps like almost everything, i have never seen such a sentimental guy for all the wrong reasons at all. Keeps this stupid soft toy dog cuz he claims he had it since he was young, given to him by his mum. Even showed me a picture of him carrying the dog when he was young, and complained to his mum that i want to throw his dog away. LOL. The dog's like damn old can, damn dirty and black. ):

Then there's bits and pieces of junk papers, cds, well, everything everywhere !

And the Cafe Cartel shit. Hahaha, old menus, etc etc. Look, i also keep my fair share of Cartel old menus etc but souvenir sake but gosh i have them like properly stored. He keeps the syrup bottles as well, i don't know why. Threw away a lot of things but kept one each for him. ): Then there's his cupboard where the clothes there seems real old and dusty and messed up. He seems to just throw all the clothes inside and rummage through it when looking for clothes to wear. I removed everything and got him to sort out the ones that can be worn and those that should be thrown away so i could clean, wipe the cupboard. He was obliging and so we had different job scope to do. Hoe Jie etc came to help out, well i think only Hoe Jie helped us to unscrew a part of the table, mop the floor etc.

His mum came home and saw the mess hahahah.

I went on to cleaning the windows and the window blinds had such thick dust on it, gosh. His mum taught me how to remove the blinds and so i did everything, she came back in again after awhile and saw everything removed. Said that i am very fast. Hahahah, feel damn proud to be praised by an adult man. Well of cuz if not we wouldn't be yellow collars at Cartel muahahaha.

Through this cleaning process we shared, i realized more things about us.

I am very thorough in my cleaning, i want everything wiped till its spic and span. I wipe the areas where i cannot see, he doesn't remove books and all thats on the shelves before wiping. He just wipes the outside, leaving the inside dusty still. Typical guy !

He will willingly obliged with my requests, but not before calling me a cleanliness freak.

I wanna throw almost everything, he wanna keep almost everything.

The guys helped to throw away some cupboards and table etc.

Such a terrible ordeal doing the entire window by myself ! Washing all the blinders in the bathtub, one by one, gotta scrub them cuz the stain doesn't come off that easily. Windows wasn't easy to clean as well, had to use a lot strength to scrub it cuz there were dusts and stains that were stubborn.

DAMN SHACKED.

Worst part was when i had to clean the toilet. Scrubbed the floor with a lot of bleach, soap etc etc etc. Scrubbed the damn dirty wooden door with yellowish stains etc, washed the mirror, washed the basin, washed/scrubbed the entire toilet bowl including the inside with the long handled scrub etc etc. The toilet was one of the hardest part cuz i hate the toilet beside his room. Actually i hate all the bathroom in his house, always dirty especially the floor. There's a habit about me that he is so amused with. I have a pair of red slipper that i brought to his place and i always leave it there. I wear it around his house as i don't wanna step on the floor, and especially so when i enter the bathroom ! I will NEVER enter the bathroom without my slippers on, and he will ask me this when i am going to shower, "Wear your slippers already ?"

I guess in a way i really AM a cleanliness freak (yet my own room is in a mess now).

The room now is much cleaner than before, arrangement of furniture has been shifted around and it definitely feels much better than before. Still have two/three more cupboards to clear and we'll continue on his next off day.

BEST NOODLES FROM HIM.

The noodles cooked by him are very different, they're really soft, boiled it till it gets really soupless but it's damn nice ! Didn't know instant noodles can be cooked this way. (:

Welll......i know this is pretty much a very wordy entry, and a boring one but it was fun typing this. I love cleaning his house with him, it's like we're creating a place of ours together. There's still so many things to be done together and i hope we'll put the unhappy things behind us.

I saw one of the loveliest bracelets when i went to a online blogshop today, well actually wanted to go to the website to scold the person for tagging twice on my tagboard, but when i saw the bracelets, melts*

Price ranges from 15SGD to around 18SGD for the Christmas season bracelets. I am especially tempted to get them but kinda broke already hahahah, besides bro's birthday is coming on the 20th and i have yet to think of what i can get for him that's within my reach.

The other day she msged me to ask whether i was interested in getting brush sets in pieces of 18, 30 from her and i said, well, maybe, as i already have my own brush set bought from Ros n Roy a long time back. I can't remember the exact price but it's a 7 piece set with a black pouch. Consists of a blusher brush, three eyeshadow brushes of different sizes (the smallest one can be used as like a concealer brush if you want to), a brow/lash comb thingy and a lipstick applicator (which i lost it somewhere). Quality of the brushes are quite ok, I'm quite a noob actually, as long as the bristles are soft and fine, then i'm ok with it. But they cost really expensive ! For that seven piece set, i think they were above 80SGD. One of the brushes cost at least 18SGD already... I thought i could live with three brushes for the rest of my life but i was so wrong. I hate using the same few brushes for my many different eyeshadow colors, i am sure you girls have the same dilemma right...

N sorry i haven't been washing the brushes, lazy. Hahaha.

Then there's friends recommending Maybelline's Turbo Boost (smtg like that) and Estee Lauder's.

Well i need help as my eyelashes ain't that long and i wish to take a break from using falsies.

My beloved idiot and myself.

Our hangout, it's like a everyday thing, gotta have supper at the stretch of coffeehouse along YCK Rd that sells prata (indian/malay food) etc. It's always with the same group of friends as well, at times with additional new faces.

That's how my life is right now.

After work it's supper and repeat that seven days a week.

Sorry for the quality of the below pictures, didn't bring my camera along and resorted to using the motorola built in camera in VGA.

We were happily snapping pictures away, irregardless of what Hoe Wei & Hoe Jie were doing, arguing over what other type of bike to get in the future. I think having siblings kinda sucks too at times, you argue over decisions and all, plus, the older one always think he rules over all.

SIGH.

Raining now and i am at the third storey of his house.He left for his morning shift work at 6.30am and now i'm all alone here. Last night he fetched me from work but was acting crazy, or maybe it's just me being tired. We had to argue over every single thing, till the point where i decided since everything that i say pricks him, maybe i should just shut my trap and i did. I plugged my earphones and didn't speak to him. The only responds i gave him came in "yes", "no", "don't want" that kinda shit. I think the situation always improve after i stop talking to him and later he tried to make me smile but it didn't work, lol.

Guys just sucks so much.

Isn't it better being single ? At least there's no one there to argue with you when you're already feeling exhausted after a long day at work ?

Himalaya Skin Care.

Recently i bought new skin care products as my current one is already running low. Himalaya Herbals. Always wanted to try this brand and i've finally gotten it when i saw there were promotion for it.

I've changed to using Himalaya's Purifying Neem Face Wash, Himalaya's Face Moisturizing Lotion and Himalaya's Deep Cleansing Astringent Lotion and a free Himalaya Gentle Exfoliating Walnut Scrub.

All four products for around 19SGD, they were on 20% discount.

For the past few days using it, i really do like the Neem Face Wash as it is soap free and does not dry out my skin, i like the moisturizer too. (:

Need at least two more weeks to see whether i really do like the products.

Have anyone used Himalaya Herbals products before ? I've read reviews that they are really good but does not seems to be really popular ? And do we really need to have so many skin care products, and must our skin care routine be so damn f complicated ?

1. Washing/Cleansing.
2. Toner.
3. Moisturizer.
4. Sunblock.

That is a whole lot of products to be applied on our face.

I know toner kinda closes your pores and removes dirt not washed away during cleansing, but is a toner really necessary ? Some people swear by using toner, but a toner might remove more than what it is supposed to remove too, right ? I believe, having a good enough cleanser/face wash will do the job ?

Is the Himalaya Face Moisturizing Lotion too harsh on a combination skin ?

Putting excessive amount of moisturizer on a oily skin will definitely clog pores, uh.

Not putting moisturizer at all will dry out our skin and i've experienced this sensation before, it makes your skin really tight, flaky, scaly and the skin will start peeling. Not a good feeling definitely !

I do need recommendations on Himalaya Herbals, if anyone is familiar with this at all. (:

I've been using the Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash, Himalaya's Face Moisturizing Lotion for about more than a week now and so far, i really love the results ! The cleanser alone doesn't dry out your skin, it doesn't make your skin feel tight (you really shouldn't have the feeling of tightness in the skin), it's kinda like gel form and even for the first wash, i already love the product. Didn't like the moisturizer in the beginning but now i can't live without it, haha. I'm skipping the toner step as i really don't believe in putting too much products on my face. I'm not born with a good complexion so all i'm trying to do now is not to let my face crack any further and to keep the zits away from me ! Bloody zits. I have like one or two zit like once a month and they really suck man.

And have i mentioned, Himalaya Herbals' really cheap for the kinda result that they're producing ! I'm gonna buy the facial mask next, and try out the scrub as well. Hahahha...

Give me your take on Himalaya Herbals if you've ever used to them before ! I need recommendations for a combination skin that gets super oily after a couple of hours !

I am into this song right now, been hearing it everyday when i'm at work. Actually i like the song cuz it reminds me of my eye candy from a certain hair salon opposite my workplace (i am hopping between two outlets right now by the way, my eye candy is from the westside one). He is a carbon copy of Edison Chen and Shawn Yue, kinda like a mix between the two f good looking guys. He's tall, charming, has the same smirk as Edison Chen, and what's more, eyes as electrifying as Edison, he's got one of the nicest eyes man, nice smile !!! Hahahaha, great dress sense. Oh dear, faints. I know there's been f shit things about Edison Chen but who the f really cares ? That's the man's life and i don't deny i am such a sucker for guys who looks like Edison !

I see him cut people's hair everyday, hangs around at the salon with his colleagues when there's nothing to do, stands at the door with his arm crossed...

Ask me, i might tell you where my Edison carbon copy works.

But the downside ?

He has a gf lor ! And she works at Jean Yip ! LOL. But he ain't affiliated to Jean Yip at all.

I haven't tried it yet becuz it is simply toooooo pretty luh, haven't been really using makeup as well, trying to let my skin recuperate from all the heavy makeup usage sometime back. But i have read rave reviews about the palette being fantastic and colors being pigmented ! If you are not a big fan of dramatic colors, this neutral eye palette is the IT for you...

REC Movie Review.

While covering the night shift at a small-town fire department, an ambitious young television reporter (Manuela Velasco) and her cameraman follow the crew on a call to rescue an elderly woman trapped in her apartment. Upon their arrival at the scene, the calm midnight air is pierced by the sound of horrific screams, and the television report takes an unexpectedly dark turn.

Shot using Point of View camera (POV) technique for the entire movie, POV is a technique where the person behind the camera is integral to the film itself. It acts as the eyes for the audience (us). Something scary about films shot in POV is the tinge of realism added to it, we are witnessing the account as a first person view, that added element makes those jumps out of the seat moments even more frequent.

The moment the movie started.... I knew i was in for a ride of my life, i don't know man, there's just this horror factor to POV movies, just like Cloverfield. Movie's shown in Spanish as well, with English subtitles. It's kinda like watching a real-life documentary about a incident which happened in Spain. Who cares about REC being low-budget, who cares about them filming it on location and not having a single set, not having any scores.

I adore the movie.

Firstly, i was down with flu, and it didn't help that the cinema was damn cold ! I used my sweater to covered my legs, and grabbed onto Zhong's hands cuz i was tooooo cold, toooo scared ! Shivering throughout the film, shivered not just because of the cold but just that the entire atmosphere inside the cinema was really intense and not a moment you could sit back to relax. I wanted to like, stop the movie, take a break, then continue with the movie. Towards the end of the movie, Zhong was also shaking, and the part at the penthouse, he was like trying to cover my eyes and his as well, he said maybe i shivered, i made him felt scared too. WTF. Hahahaha, isn't the bf supposed to not feel scared ?

Great movie. Even now i am looking back my shoulders to make sure NINA is not behind me.

If such a case really happened in reality, I am sure it is gonna be something similar to REC. The authorities are gonna act like REC, they're gonna quarantine the building and there would really be no way out for the survivors.

What would you do if REC really happened, or let's say if you were in that building with people falling and the number of zombies/infected running wild ?

Well, i think....the widest choice, would be to go back to my room, lock up the door and barricade it. The doors they had at REC (wooden doors-like) seems rather sturdy and usually after locking up the doors, the zombies seems to leave the place. I kinda think they react upon sight and light source. I would find a spot away from the door, prolly hide inside a closet, inside somewhere where i can close, lock ! I would switch off all the lights, stay inside my hideout. Rather die of starvation, shit on my pants, die of dehydration, than to be bitten in the face or elsewhere and go around eating the f out of people.

I think there's a better chance of survival if you stay alone and away from the hallways, just don't make a damn sound.

Wait till help arrives but i guess most likely the Government agency will issue some sort of authorization to wipe out the building. And even if you happened to be rescued, being inside that quarantined building for such a long time...most likely you will be classified as to be quarantined as well as they have mentioned, the virus seems to spread by saliva.

Go watch the movie if you haven't, i heard Quarantine's no where near REC.

I just can't believe a movie filmed totally inside one building and a fire station could be this horrific to watch, or am i just lousy ? Well i watched Dawn of the Dead, etc etc etc, but just find that REC made me want to cry ?

Gonna rate the movie 8/10 for scaring the shit outta me and Zhong.

Been a long time since i felt this scared in the cinemas, really ! I was shaking, like literally trembling with so much fear you cannot imagine it unless you watch it too.

The day before, after i ended my work, took a bus down to prata house to wait for the guys for supper and Hoe Jie came followed by Zhong who ended work late.

The next day, we left Kovan around 3pm plus and went to his workplace to get back the chocolates from Royce which i had bought for him, he forgot to bring it home luh.

Proceeded to Tampines Mall as i wanted to renew a two year plan for a Sony Ericsson phone and i had 100SGD Starhub voucher at my disposal. Yet being the super unlucky person all the time, when i finally got to the tip of the queue and when it was my turn to get a queue number from the manager, i was told the model which i wanted only had silver color left. Was damn disappointed, damn f disappointed ! My mood went from hyper and constantly disturbing Zhong to totally moodless. My mum was with us as well and i totally totally lost it. I know it sounds really silly getting upset just because they ran out of stock islandwide for the color which i desire but shouldn't Starhub be prepared and stock up more for the coming Christmas season ? It's always the case isn't it ? Not having the colors available and having long long queues. I don't see the same case happening to Singtel or M1 users. Maybe i should jump over to Singtel or M1 soon, uh ?

Thought that by saying we had 4 pax instead of 2, we would get a bigger and better seat but who knows, yes sure, we got a table for four and just nicely by the window overlooking the MRT but f, we were charge a dollar each for the number of pax as well. So ended up paying extra 2SGD for the empty seats, and also i am guessing, service charge for the extra two pax that we requested for ? Now i learned a lesson, don't overstate your pax just to get better seats ! Your actions will prove futile !!! Lol. Our bill for two came up to 41.90SGD, it was my treat this time round since darling's always paying for most things. (: But with 41.90, you can pay for a meal for three at Crystal Jade Kitchen. So much more worth it than Din Tai Fung.

I bought two flavors for him, his favorite white chocolate and Royce's best seller, Au Lait (hope i didn't get the spelling wrong).

Naturally he opened the box of white chocolate first and thank god he loved it. Said it was nicer than his usual Cadbury but of cuz eating Royce daily will cause me to go broke faster than Cadbury.

Royce's chocolates are nicer than the pricier Godiva... Anyone who disagrees ?

I had my stupid diarrhoea as well, due to the fact that i haven't been eating well recently, at times not eating anything for the whole day cuz of work, also had my time of the month, a irritating red eye which i kept rubbing on, a flu which i had no idea why i suddenly got it ! And last but not least, a tired looking and puffy reddish complexion due to my all these stupid illnesses. LOL. I kept going in and out of the washroom and he had to wait for me all the time... ): Aargh and the stupid me dropped one of my Motorola v3xx phone on the floor, it can't be switched on anymore ! Strange...becuz i have dropped it for countless times, and it still worked perfectly fine, yet now...it died on me. I am currently switching over to use Zhong's Motorola which i have been using together with the line he passed to me with free 1000 sms per month since a few weeks ago, and still can be contacted at my usual number...

I did Kero Keroppi and he did bomberman. Here's how we always do it, we choose a picture that we like or that our partner likes, do the coloring, and exchange it for one another. And it always sucks that the coloring i do are always so NICE, and the ones that Zhong does are a complete wreck becuz he tries to act creative and do those fanciful designs etc. OOPS, i am joking abt it being a wreck, he's so gonna kill me if he sees this. But darling, my colorings are always nicer lor ! Hahaha...

I don't have a completed picture of our colorings but my Kero Keroppi's so cute, they were like standing on skateboard and not a lotus leave whereas Zhong's bomberman also cute ok.

Sat at the machine where you can win sweets and we spent like close to 20SGD, at least 13SGD spent trying to get the piglet keychain for me. Well honestly, i don't really like Piglet but becuz piglet was the closet we can get so tried for it... After piglet Zhong wanted his TORA and in the end, we had like a bag of sweets, chocolates, my prized possession PIGLET KEYCHAIN and his Tora chocolate biscuit ! Such a waste of money but i kinda dig the machine... I know you can simply buy those keychains and such at Minitoons and sweets from shops but winning it is a different feeling all along... You don't know what you will be getting, and you gotta win it to earn it, that's the exciting part. (:

I don't wanna think about title hope for this season, just win one match at a time. Otherwise it will be like the past two seasons, we won most of the big four, but lost to the weaker teams. Offside or no offside, we won the match and that's that, Chelsea couldn't even score against us considering the only goal they had for this match was an own goal on our part. But all said, i don't loathe Chelsea or anything, at least they do have more respect for other teams, and their supporters are ok, unlike Man Utd. Don't ask an Arsenal fan about Man Utd, really.

Did i mention....RVP scored the two goals !

Latest game in town !!!

My brother just bought this game yesterday for close to 60SGD and it's called Left4Dead/L4D.

To those who already knew about L4D, to those who already tried it, own it, omg, it is fuck shit right !!!

Left 4 Dead is a co-operative, survival horror, first-person shooter game, the zombie cum Dawn Of The Dead cum 28 Days/Weeks Later cum Resident Evil style.

It was released on November 18, 2008 in the United States and November 21, 2008 in Europe to coincide with the tenth anniversary of the release of Half-Life.

Played in first person, players take control of the four main characters of the game, known as the Survivors.

Four characters to choose from.

* Francis is a tattoo-covered biker.
* Zoey is a college student and horror movie enthusiast.
* Louis is a Junior Systems Analyst in his company's IT department.
* Bill is a former Green Beret and a Vietnam veteran.

The game is focused on cooperation and team play; colored outlines of teammates are visible through walls to help players stick together and coordinate their movement, and Survivors can be knocked down by the Infected and only helped up by another player.

Game start off with an intro, really really movie style, griping and intense....I've included a video below, so watch it ok ! IT showcases what's coming for you !

L4D is different from the infected in Resident Evil... The zombies over there are rather slow moving except for Lickers etc, but in L4D, omg, the zombies run man, super fast and agile, they're like bloody aggressive shit.

But in no way am i taking anything away from R.E, i THink R.E was crazy shit, i completed Resident Evil: 2 ok ! Hahah, of cuz with unlimited armoury and my bro guiding me along. I wouldn't have dared play alone man.

One team he played with were damn pro at L4D, they were superbly organized, knew what to do and all. I can't remember their names, but if you played with someone called Chris fk last night, omg, you guys were great ! (:

I personally think that The witch is eerie !!

Witches can easily be detected by their loud, distinctive crying and by the eerie choir music that swells up as the player draws near. Witches are not aggressive and can be avoided by careful players, but flashlight beams, physical contact, prolonged staring, and loud sounds such as gunfire or car alarms in their vicinity rouse them, causing them to attack whichever player startled them. When a Witch takes sufficient damage or kills the player who startled her, she retreats, covering her face and screaming horrifically. The lethality of a Witch is dependent on the difficulty of the game. I'm definitely recommending L4D to all gamers out there, or anyone who like killing zombies !!! Especially fun if you play it with your friends, it's all about team work and co-operation from your teammates. If you try going solo or go for personal glory or any heroic acts, you're as good as dead. Stick together as a team. Don't understand me ? Well, when you're pinned down by hordes of zombies, attacked by Smoker, Hunter, or blinded by Boomer, your friends are the only ones who can help you, revive you, even give you pain pills or first aid to heal your life. Awesome stuff !!!

For your information, i have not tried L4D personally as i am afraid i might suffer from heart attack or smtg !!!

Hello ! Darn all the selling of products below, made me unable to blog as usual but heck i am so not gonna care about the sales of my products or what. I want to blog !!! I miss blogging eh. Hahah. Since Monday till today, every single day has been spent with Zhong. He is like having his attachment right now, actually for the past going two months, and initially we thought that it was gonna stop us from hanging out too often but we're wrong ! We've met every single day of this week and more in the month than when he was studying. So... I think as long as we have the heart and desire to meet, we'll always have time for each other. But again, maybe it is also because now i am working really little at my new job and my hours are more flexible than my old Cartel days where i have to work almost everyday and working hours are always long and till closing. Things will be different next week, i will be working quite often and with full shifts, will be posted elsewhere for training and hell it will be to the WEST SIDE. I am a eastsider eh, having to travel to the west will take everything out of me. ): Feeling kinda stressed up as well, actually VERY. Anyone who experience new job jitters too ? I miss my Cartel. Well, only because i get to "tekan" the staff. Hahaha.

was our off day and we went down City Hall where we both ended up at RC Cartel cuz Zhong miss the old bunch terribly. Waited for BY outside for smoke break and then got caught by Gan Ma, she said i didn't say hi to her... Then the rest of the Cartel idiots came out, Aren, Ah Jian, Roy etc. All said that i have got so much thinner. I didn't even realize that till all of them started saying the same thing. Hmmmm. Have i ?

Got a pair of flip flops from M(phosis from him, thanks love ! Hehehe.

Went GV and got tickets for Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.

I didn't watch part 1 at all and am clueless about the movie except for the stupid and iconic song that goes irritatingly like 'I Like to move it move it...". I watched Madagascar only becuz he wanted to. In a relationship it really takes a shit lot of compromising, not just movies but everything. It's a give and take thing, sometimes if you are not willing to take a small step back, the relationship will come to a standstill as well.

I'm gonna rate it a 5.5 out of 10.

Before we eventually left City Hall, went back to RC as he wanted to renew his Singtel contract and get a new phone as well. Darling's new baby Samsung-i450, slider.

His is all black though, the last set available at Singtel @ RC.

I think the phone is pretty, ok not anything like SPECIAL or what but i think it's cool. Besides, he only paid 98SGD for it after signing contract so why not... I like that it is all black, and sliders are cool. I used to love clam-shell phones like Motorola but i'm trying to grow out of it. Till date, i have not yet own a slider phone ! How pathetic really~ I want a slider too, hehe.

UPDATES: Problems with the Samsung i450. At first pictures and mp3 added into the memory card couldn't be reflected inside the phone and there were weird encoding inside the memory card when we opened the file with the computer, got Zhong to bring it back to Singtel and they said memory card corrupted, hence changed a new memory card. But right now, the phone has been shutting down by itself time after time, over and over again. Have to like remove the battery and back again to switch on the phone. There's the seven day exchange for Samsung right ? Oh god....what's with Samsung mobile ? It isn't as durable as Motorola nor as user friendly as Nokia.

I miss using Nokia mobiles.

We went back to Serangoon and sat at the Hoe brothers void deck for some chit chatting with them before proceeding on to their house to kill time and then finally back to prata for supper. I love my life, yes nothing interesting to blog about, but i love the fact that i get to spend my everyday with my loved one and his friends. I love the fact that i get along just well with the bunch of them, love to disturb them by calling them RED COLLAR. Hahaha, so happen that my and darling used to be the same rank at Cartel, get to abuse authority and throw ranks around.

HAHA.

This was the day i also got to experience dz's driving skills first hand. I must say, still got lots of room for improvement ! But i trust that you will pass your TP in coming January ! Remember what i've always said and drilled into your head, 'SAFETY FIRST' ! I can't help but wanna cry on that night, just the thought of him driving on the road in the future, and the recklessness of other car drivers...can't help but to worry. If only guys weren't so into the damn driving license thing. Over supper, they are either talking about cars, bikes, license or gadgets etc. BORING. =X

Wednesday.

He went to work in the morning and i waited for him to come home. I felt like I was a wifey waiting for her hubby to end work. When he was finally home at around 4pm, i couldn't help but give him a hug. Is this how i'm gonna feel next time when i get married, i wonder. He said that after his work he just wanted to rush home asap cuz he knew i was at his place waiting for him. Awwwww ~

Thursday & Friday were both spent together as well, with the latter being at Bugis and finally got to eat at QQ Noodle House after such a long time. Must really thank him for introducing me to the "best noodles in the world". Ok, it may not taste heavenly, but what matters is that we both enjoy it, and the place's quite cosy...not that crowded and all so we are always able to get seats.

SATURDAY !

I left his place around 11am plus and went down Bugis to walk around, sat at a cafe and drank iced lemon tea till he came to meet me after his work and we had my favorite chicken rice at Bugis J's foodcourt. I swear i love the chicken rice there so much....it is fat-free, boneless, comes with nice tasty rice (i think cooked with ginger and all), plus the soup taste good as well. I don't have pictures to upload as i left my camera at home. ): Went walking around, decided to head to Plaza and got tickets to Body Of Lies at 5.40pm !

Said hi to Hui Mei and chat with her for awhile. Apparently working at Sasa has done some damage to her once rather flawless skin, perhaps the daily compulsory application of cosmetics made her skin broke out ? She has since switched to a Korean brand, Laneige or smtg.

BODY OF LIES.

This movie is GREAT.

I am gonna classify Body Of Lies as an political action thriller.

Leonardo DiCaprio my ALL-TIME favorite A* list actor stars as Roger Ferris, a CIA agent, who is trying to flush out a terrorist leader, Al-Saleem, most probably hiding in Jordan. But the terrorists of today no longer communicates using modern technology like mobile phones etc. Instead they rely on conventional methods of writing important information on notes, papers or by means of telling in person. In this case it makes it harder for the CIAs to track down the terrorists.

Russell Crowe plays Ed Hoffman, Ferris's superior, whom he gets his order from every now and then in the movie. I like the way Ridley Scott managers to show us the stark contrast between dispensing orders from the comfort of an office (in the case of Hoff), towards being right in ground zero, in the bloody life firing zone, having to survive (Ferris).

I am not gonna go into the plot much and this isn't technically an easy film to write about without giving away too much stuff. But definitely a cut above most spy-action genre that i've watched before.

This show is a cross between, i would say.... Black Hawk Down and Blood Diamond/Departed. So if you like any of the mentioned films, you're bound to love Body Of Lies.

My ratings - 8/10.

Heck about all the political shit, this isn't really a pro-america film anyway...

I have not been updating as often as i should.

Yesterday i went out with Nicole to Tampines Mall for window shopping but we bought some stuff luh, wanted to watch Body of Lies but Zhong MC-ed for work, so asked him down to meet us. In the end, we didn't watch any movie at all cuz he said B.O.L sucks. OMG, all those thrashy movie i watched with you sucked more lor, remember Zohan ? Money Not Enough 2 ? I accompanied you to watch without complaining much (ok la i did complain), but here i am asking you to watch a serious movie by Leonardo Dicaprio (one of my favorite serious actor)and you complain say its a dumb show ! Damn hurt lor ! STUPID GUYS ~

I will persuade him to watch the movie with me.

Zhong stayed at my place and around 1am we went out for a walk. Talked like we're best friends and all. I like this feeling, i hope it stays for good. Reached home 2.15am and off we went to bed.

Feeling pretty stressed up for these few days.

My new job is suffocating me.

It's not a particulary challenging job or what, but to me it is.

Becuz it requires me to talk a lot, and by the way, it is a non-F&B job also. For my whole life i have been doing F&B so doing something that is not F&B related kinda sucked all the brain power out of me. Sigh... I don't even feel like going to work, dread going for work !!

Sigh... But i don't wish to return back to F&b just to find a easier way out for now. I need to persevere and adapt to this new environment.

Unfortunately i am also the kinda person who wants to be perfect in everything by the first, second, third day. It is not happening now.

Inline Culture skaters @ ECP.

Off i went to East Coast Park (ECP) yesterday night to meet my long long haven't meet already bestie CS. How can we call ourselves bestfriends when we have been missing out on each others life for so long ?

I was miserably late, reached at around 8pm plus when i said 6pm to 7pm hahaha.

They were at Zen (a cafe restaurant at ECP, beside Mac), CS, Zhanyu plus the Inline Culture skaters.

Lots of catching up to do with her and Zhanyu.

I have so many sentiments when i see the both of them still together after six long years. Yes no doubt in between that six years many things happened between them, breakups, quarrels yadayadayada, and a whole lot more ugly stuff that took place, what matters most was that they are still together, and arguably better than before. I can only look on enviously, will me and zhong be like them ? After all, what is six months compared to six long years ?

What CS and Zhanyu has gone through since secondary school and up till this period, i guess it has created a special bond between them, and i hope they will still be this way after 10 years and all the way. Zhanyu (i think i'm one of the very few who actually calls him by his Chinese name, cuz he didn't have a English name back in sec. school when he was our school's most zai Suona player from our all-time rival Chinese Orchestra ! Haha, recall the Band vs CO days. The rivalry ! It only strengthened the bond between us band members. Fond memories. Can't believe Faisal our best CO Chinese drum player is now a proud member of the SAF Central Band. Heard he plays the snare drum for SAF. (: ) Oh god, i digressed so much. What i was about to say was, he looked like a changed man. Well, he did told me that since serving the NS, he has finally 'grown up'. Thats really consoling to hear. (:

Walked around the fun fair.

Went to skating ring, and Zhanyu and his gang of IC skaters were all practicing their slides and all.

It's been such a mental breakdown for the past few days. I have been busy fighting RA2's brutal that i hardly want to blog at all. I hardly even want to reply dz's messages. He kept saying that i want my games and not him. Well, isn't it the same scenario when guys are pretty much indulging in their games session one after another ? This is just a taste of your own medicine. ):

Zhong came to my place after his work yesterday and engaged in super duper many rounds of Red Alert haha. Went to takeaway food at night, reached home, i watched TV and he went back playing RA2 again. Lol. Because of him i didn't even have any gaming time yesterday.

Played against three brutal this afternoon at fastest game speed and i died.

Red Alert, Yuri's Revenge.

I had quite a bad argument/quarrel with the above guy today. Well, our afternoon ended off pretty bad...I shed a few good tears, got my heart broken, felt like killing myself - jumping off a building, cutting my wrist ???!?

Well I'm joking about the killing myself part, but you get my gist aye... I was hurt.

But it's due to stupid reasons that we quarreled, just little things, so I'm not gonna grieve over them anymore. It's all over, tmrw's a new day for us. (:

Me and him are already ok. Though we can't really talk it through cuz it's a clash of our character, i think we kinda put aside the arguments for now. It's really no point arguing anymore, it hurts the both of us a lot. ):

I hope everything is gonna work out for us from now on.

Played Red Alert 2 for the whole night... I know Red Alert 3 is already out, but dz's disc has a problem so we can't play it yet. We went AMK Hub to get Red Alert 3 the other day but until now still can't play it ! Lol... For your info, we have been hanging out at AMK Hub thesedays instead of usual hunt Vivo City. I'm not sure why also ? Hhahaah.

And when girls play Red Alert......it's gonna be really disastrous. Or maybe only me ?

In fact, i kinda treat Red Alert like The Sims~ Where i get to control my own men... Unfortunately for Red Alert, this was exactly what happened.

I like dogs. So in the game itself, i bought a whole bunch of German Shepherds, and becuz i love them, i never send them for war, or to kill anyone. And when they attack some enemy, i always bring them back behind my front line to protect them.

Suicidal mission.

Tried using one team of night hawk (not sure about the name) to transport my engineers over to enemy base to steal their ore refinery $$$ but it was like a kamikaze mission, my engineers died before they could carry out their mission. So undeterred, i tried using like super duper extravaganza amount of fleets to transport that many amount of engineers to enemy base. HAHAHAHAH. The picture above, is only part of my suicidal team.

Part of my main base~ I have a couple of bases. Hahah.

My attack and defense team were tooooooo strong that i decided i was gonna do a ala-300 on the Red Alert. That simply meant that i attacked the enemy using only men. I believe it was more than 300 men hahah. No tanks ok !

Many men died~ Lol.

But my backup team were aplenty.

By the way, i only fought with two enemies~

Pretty cool to not use tanks~

I don't like like tanks.

This morning~

I woke up and played Yuri's Revenge.

Decided that i didn't wanna play by men this time round, so tried out aircraft carrier, got so obsessed with it, and bought so many fleets. I had too much money on hand after capturing all the additional ore thingy using engineers...

Attacked Yuri first and the fleet of aircraft carrier did it for me, then it was time to recruit more fleets and attack the next enemy which was the Soviets.

I had some of my men parked in front of Soviet's ground. LOL.

Simply crazy~

Thanks to my bro for guiding me along, but he too couldn't stand the way i played Red Alert, i was just too obsessed with stocking up on a lot of men, dogs, dolphins, aircraft carried, that i didn't wanna attack at all. He said i was torturing the enemies.

When i play red alert, i just don't wanna attack, kill.

It's not me...

I'll definitely die if i play with pple like my bro, dazhong and guys in general.

Not as brutal, scheming as guys, can't handle the attack etc~

I simply play for fun and enjoy the kick you get out of building~

I don't think i really like hair extensions as it prevents me from washing my hair the normal way, and initially when you sleep, it feels pretty in the way. N not forgetting it's do difficult to comb my hair...well maybe it's just me. (:

CHEATING GIRLFRIEND AND ASSHOLE BF.

I wrote about a cheating girlfriend that i know of, and a super forgiving boyfriend, both of whom used to be friends..

Well, i finally know why she is back with him. For his money... The guy showers her with expensive gifts, gives her money to spend, gives her money to buy this and that, promises to buy something that cost at least a few thousand dollars for her birthday next year.

And the guy, he is also a A-LIST asshole now.

Well before they got together, he was like super nice. But after they got together, i think he kinda either inherited her bad character or got influenced totally. I am sorry to say all this but i need to get it off my chest ! She is so tramping on my nerves, the sight of her makes me get all uptight, I'm literally close to ending up with convulsion seizures by the mere mention of her name and anything that's related to her, and yes, including her boyfriend !

Why am i so upset ?

Becuz i know her inside out, i know what kinda rotten person she is, yet i can't expose all that she has done.

I really need to get away from her before i start spilling all her dirty deeds out in front of EVERYONE.

This feeling that i have is all accumulated. I tried to suppress all these feelings to accept her as a friend again, but tried and tested, we just don't click cuz i can't stand being with liars.
